- Workshop ($820)-Registration:
- pilot presentation on the basics of flight/flight environment,
- group session with clinical psychologist,
- visit to Air Traffic Control,
- workbook to complete/in-flight videos to watch,
- practice airline flight to nearby city e.g. Dallas.

- full motion FAA-approved flight simulator- $190 per session,
- Virtual Reality-$120 per session,
- one-on-one clinical psychologist-$175.00 per hour,
